SB 268 - Offenses Against The Unborn Child

PLEASE SUPPORT SB 268 -Offenses Against The Unborn ChildSenate Bill 268 was introduced in response to the horrific tragedy that recently occurred in Longmont, CO involving Michelle Wilkins and her baby daughter Aurora.   Senate Bill 268 would explicitly recognize unborn children as victims of criminal acts.
