Neither the Colorado Catholic Conference nor the bishops or clergy of Colorado can sign letters of exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccine for Catholics outside of their dioceses. The letter must be signed by a priest or deacon that serves in the diocese where the individual lives or works. Individuals wishing to seek an exemption should go to a member of clergy in their local diocese and ask if they will sign their letter of exemption. However, no cleric is obligated to sign the letter.
